Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an HCP Admin Associate to support risk and regulatory compliance for clients across life sciences. You will work with diverse teams, learn through hands-on engagement, and help strengthen internal controls while delivering high-quality advisory support.

You will interact with HCPs, HCOs, and patients, manage sensitive information with discretion, and contribute to projects that build experience and your professional profile within PwC's global network.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events, healthcare or pharma settings.
• English proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCPs, HCOs, patients and stakeholders with high-quality interactions.
• Support onboarding challenges, contract issuance, and redline requests.
• Handle complex inquiries, advise on risk and compliance, and assist with inquiries.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives across regulatory areas.
• Review contracts and master agreements to identify potential risks.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethics and standards.
