Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an HCP Admin Associate to support risk and compliance initiatives across diverse client engagements. You will manage interactions with HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders from onboarding through engagement, while assisting with contracts and inquiries.

You will gain exposure to regulatory landscapes, build connections, and develop your professional brand within our global Risk & Compliance practice, leveraging Excel, CRMs, and HCP

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events with HCPs, HCOs or patients.
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment domestically and internationally.
• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages is preferred: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean.

Responsibilities

• Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
• Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
• Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
• Supporting risk management initiatives by providing advisory and practical assistance to teams across various risk and compliance areas
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively for clients
• Applying compliance advisement and oversight to maintain regulatory standards and manage contractual risks

As an HCP Admin Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

What You Must Have

• At least 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients


• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally


• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree


• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.


• Oral and written proficiency in English required
