Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an HCP Engagement Ambassador Associate to maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients across life sciences and healthcare.

You will engage with teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, learning to navigate regulatory landscapes, advise on controls, and develop your skills while delivering high-quality work for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• 2+ years in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting with HCPs, HCOs or patients.
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in one of Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and practical support to teams in risk and compliance areas.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Apply a learning mindset to develop skills and contribute to client engagement.
• Analyze information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decisions.
• Review contracts and master agreements to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to business ethics.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients.
• Adopt habits to sustain performance and develop potential in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively listen and communicate ideas clearly to build meaningful client connections.

• Manage HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharma stakeholders pre- and post engagement with high-quality interactions.
• Address external expert onboarding challenges, support contract issuance, and facilitate redline requests and escalations.
• Handle complex external expert inquiries with care, supporting invoice/payment queries and business owner questions.
