Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Manager to lead teams in risk and compliance, guide client accounts, and mentor staff. You will own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while upholding PwC standards and driving operational excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher education is essential.
• Experience in HCP engagement operations or pharmaceutical industry support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading risk management initiatives to support compliance and mitigate risks for clients.
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of risk management projects.
• Analyzing and identifying system interactions to enhance risk mitigation strategies.
• Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables.
• Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team growth.
• Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and knowledge.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct.
• Reviewing contracts to identify and monitor contractual risks effectively.
• Implementing data security measures to protect confidential information.
• Managing team member assignments, operational metrics, and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight.
• Confirming compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving operational excellence.
• Supporting the effective coordination of all engagement across any of the assigned functional teams, including HCP Onboarding, Engagement Ambassadorship, Contracting, Invoicing and Payments and Transparency Reporting.
