Human Capital Management Consultants work closely with HR teams and top management to design and roll out programs that enhance employee productivity, retention, and satisfaction. This may include developing training programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee development plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors. Participate in the accurate creation and updating of Configuration Workbooks.
