HomeWell Care Services CA304 in San Mateo County, California, is looking for dedicated Home Health Aides who believe in dignity, independence, and safety for clients at home. Qualifications

• HCA certification or CNA license preferred.
• Caregiving experience and a compassionate approach are required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be needed if transporting clients.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Prepare meals and give medication reminders.
• Follow safety protocols in emergencies.
• Engage clients in activities to promote wellness.

What We’re Looking For

• HCA certification (CNA license preferred)
• Caregiving experience: 6 months full‑time or 12 months part‑time
• Strong communication and a compassionate heart
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Current TB test
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity
• Ability to pass background checks
