Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Payroll processing and vendor management advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks with data and reports.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI tools to improve processes is a plus.
• Background in fintech, banking, or consulting preferred.
• Startup or fast-paced company experience is an advantage.
