Job summary

WESTY Transporter Company in the Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate hazardous waste hauling services, and assist clients with required environmental compliance documentation.

You will serve as the main contact for assigned clients, handle inquiries and follow-ups, coordinate permits and documents (PTT, SMR, RFH, MOA), and support business development through field visits and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, logistics, or environmental services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RA 6969, DENR/EMB requirements, PTT, and hazardous waste management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients/generators.
• Manage client inquiries, concerns, follow-ups, and account requirements.
• Coordinate Permit to Transport (PTT), SMR, RFH, MOA, quotations, and other required documents.
• Assist clients in meeting DENR/EMB requirements under RA 6969.
• Coordinate hauling schedules and requirements with Operations and other departments.
• Monitor client documents, hauling records, account status, and outstanding requirements.
• Prepare client monitoring and accomplishment reports.
• Conduct client visits and assist with business development when required.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
