Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking a Production Analyst to monitor incubation conditions, collect data, and ensure optimal hatchery performance. The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and collaboration with hatchery teams.

You will maintain meticulous records, report on incubation outcomes, and implement improvements while staying current with industry practices and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years in production analysis, reporting, inventory or operations support.
• Strong hatchery knowledge, advanced Excel/reporting, scheduling, data analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incubation process: temperature, humidity, ventilation, egg turning.
• Collect and analyze data on fertility, hatchability, and chick quality.
• Maintain records and prepare incubation performance reports.
• Ensure biosecurity and collaborate with hatchery staff to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on incubation tech trends and contribute to SOP development.
