Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Electrician for a shrimp hatchery project. The role covers installation, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair to ensure continuous hatchery operations while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

Vocational or college-level training in Electrical Technology or related field.
TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance preferred.
Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in hatchery/industrial environments is an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical systems, generators, and preventive maintenance.
Willing to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within the hatchery.
Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and power-related equipment.
Monitor and maintain generators and other backup power systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs to minimize operational downtime.
Ensure electrical installations and work activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and identify potential hazards or maintenance requirements.
Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns as needed.
Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
