Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Hardware O&M Engineer in Taguig City, Philippines. This full-time role is arranged through a local HR service provider (Employer of Record) and will primarily operate at data collection bases across the country.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain hardware, log faults, and manage asset records. To succeed you need proven hardware O&M experience, Linux development skills (Shell and Python), and familiarity with Docker.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hardware equipment O&M and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Linux development, Shell and Python scripting.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; capable of end-to-end coordination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware on-site/online to maintain equipment uptime.
• Process fault tickets with documentation and logs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including firmware upgrades.
• Maintain OM records and asset inventories; manage asset operations.
• Draft local SOPs and coordinate issue reporting for optimization.
