Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented IT Engineer to support and enhance our company’s IT infrastructure, AI systems, and internal technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI‑driven systems, enterprise platforms (ERP/SOP), and internal networks while ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related field, with 3‑5 years of work experience.
• Familiar with basic computer principles; experience using UNIX systems (AIX, HP‑UX, Solaris, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in building and deploying front‑end and back‑end systems, internal tools, or automated workflows; able to provide hardware and software technical support.
• Proficient in programming software such as Python, and experienced in building structured AI systems.
• Familiar with relational databases, able to perform queries and verifications, research emerging AI technologies, and assess their potential impact on business processes.
• Highly responsible, detail oriented, and focused on data accuracy; possesses strong problem‑solving skills; able to translate company business needs into structured, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate AI‑related information systems, including information retrieval, AI video production, and editing.
• Create, set up, and maintain ERP or SOP systems.
• Maintain accurate IT infrastructure documentation in the configuration management database, ensuring company assets and configurations are properly tracked and easily accessible.
• Analyze software and hardware issues, propose solutions, perform basic troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Build the company’s internal network, establish and maintain webmail, information repositories, and other internal systems.
• Manage the lifecycle of AI projects, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
• Ensure the reasonable, safe, and compliant use of artificial intelligence and adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations.
