Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Handyman to perform repairs, maintenance, and minor construction across CBRE properties in Metro Manila. The role supports upkeep of office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.

You will respond to service requests, work on building systems, assist with moves, and collaborate with vendors. The position requires a relevant FM/Engineering background and a willingness to work a full shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate in Facilities Management or Engineering is required.
• NCII Certificate preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years in Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment.
• Amenable to shifting schedule, 6 days a week incl. weekends/holidays.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and civil works.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and building management.
• Carry out minor construction tasks: painting, flooring installation, drywall repair.
• Assist with move-in/move-out: assemble/disassemble furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain organized workspace and manage tools/equipment.
• Participate in renovations and capital improvements projects.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to complete tasks.
• Maintain records of work and materials used.

About the Role:

The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of repairs, maintenance, and construction tasks to ensure the upkeep of CBRE properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, including civil works
• Respond to service requests from tenants and building management
• Perform minor construction tasks, such as painting, flooring installation, and drywall repair
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, including assembling/disassembling furniture and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
• Assist with special projects, such as renovations and capital improvements
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• NCII Certificate preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
