Job summary

You will work with site teams, respond to requests promptly, and assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks as needed, while keeping tools organized and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational cert required.
• 1-2 years in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs knowledge.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address repair needs.
