Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Handyman to perform a variety of repairs, maintenance, and construction tasks across CBRE properties in the Philippines.

You will handle routine building maintenance, minor construction, and support move-ins/move-outs. The role requires 1–2 years in facilities management or related fields, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and willingness to work a rotating 6-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• At least 1–2 years in facilities management, maintenance or manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment.
• Able to work a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems and civil works.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and building management.
• Perform minor construction tasks such as painting, flooring installation and drywall repair.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures including furniture assembly/disassembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
• Assist with renovations and capital improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

About the Role:

The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of repairs, maintenance, and construction tasks to ensure the upkeep of CBRE properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, including civil works
• Respond to service requests from tenants and building management
• Perform minor construction tasks, such as painting, flooring installation, and drywall repair
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, including assembling/disassembling furniture and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
• Assist with special projects, such as renovations and capital improvements
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

About you:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
