CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems across our facilities in Metro Manila.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, review work orders, estimate materials, and ensure safety and code compliance. The role requires a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years in facilities/building management, willingness to work a 6-day rotating shift (AM/MID/PM), and familiarity with a

About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Job Overview:

Perform maintenance (Preventive and Reactive) and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety

Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.

Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum

Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Minimum Requirement:

• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in Facilities/Building Management.
