Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Valenzuela City is seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor. You will lead the machine line, supervise a production team, and oversee extrusion of welding electrodes. The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 3 years in manufacturing, and proven communication, detail-orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Overtime and Sunday shifts may be required. Site: Sto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical engineering is required.
• 3 years work experience in manufacturing is desired.
• Experience in nails (paco), screws, or wire drawing industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as hands-on supervisor.
• Detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes.
• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line.
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment.
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
• Willing to work overtime and on Sundays as necessary.
• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines.
