Job summary

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering background, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Overtime and Sunday work may be required; a permanent position follows a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3 years work experience in any manufacturing industry is desired.
• Experience in nails (paco), screws, or wire drawing industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as hands-on supervisor.
• Must be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes.
• Supervise and lead the team on the machine line.
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment.
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
• Be willing to work overtime and on Sundays as necessary.
• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines.
