You will lead a local development team powering cross-border trade apps, review designs, enforce quality, validate AI-generated code before production, and coordinate with our Canada-based partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or equivalent.
• At least 5 years hands-on software development experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, design, and lifecycle.
• Clear communicator with remote teams in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor local development team building cross-border trade apps.
• Review and approve solution designs, align with Canadian partner standards.
• Set coding standards, reviews, tests, and deployment practices.
• Validate AI-generated code before production.
• Bridge between Philippine team and Canada counterparts.
• Stay hands-on on high-risk components.
