JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Store In-Charge in Davao City, Philippines. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing store operations, and handling manpower.

The candidate should bring experience in B2B sales and an existing client portfolio, including engineers, architects, developers, and contractors. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related field.
• Willing to learn about the industry, the company, and its products.
• With Sales Manager/Branch Manager experience.
• With existing clients such as Engineers, Architects, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Construction Firms, or a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for the sales.
• Store In-charge and will handle manpower.
• Knowledgeable in handling store operations.
• Develop strategies for the sales (duplicate line in ad).
• To acquire new clients / Can establish new accounts.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and managing the needs of existing clients.
• Do business-to-business (B2B) sales roles.
