Job summary

PRIME GLOBAL CORPORATION in Bulacan is seeking a quality-focused Laboratory Analyst to support supply chain and plant operations. You will perform chemical and sensory evaluation of food products, apply standardized analysis methods, and help ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

On-site position near Parulan, Plaridel, Bulacan, requiring a Bachelor’s in Food Tech/Science or related field, 1 year QA experience, GMP/HACCP/HALAL knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• Working knowledge in quality control and assurance covering sampling, inspection, analysis and total quality management.
• GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Sensory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform chemical and sensory evaluation of food products.
• Apply standardized methods of analysis to produce accurate, reproducible results.
• Maintain records and prepare weekly activity reports for supervisor.
