Job summary

Private Advertiser in Marilao, Bulacan is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and have at least one year of related experience, with solid knowledge of GMP and HACCP and proficiency in MS Office.

You will implement QC systems, perform microanalysis on finished goods and environmental samples, monitor shelf-life, record and analyze data, and ensure materials meet approved standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Familiar with food safety programs, GMP and HACCP.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implements Quality Control System
• Performs microanalysis tests on finished goods, equipment swabs, hand swabs, air and water; may include other samples related to food and food packaging.
• Implements microanalysis plan and environmental monitoring plan.
• Ensures that all materials received conform to the approved standards
• Ensures implementation of GMP
• Check shelf-life monitoring and test of finish goods
• Record, analyze and interpret data
• Monitoring and verification of equipment essential for analysis
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
