Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality monitoring and laboratory analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using rapid and conventional testing methods.
• Perform product sampling, testing, calibration, and verification of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, product returns, and food safety concerns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), pre-shipment samples, and customer quality documentation.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and maintain quality records, reports, and trend analyses.
• Support FSMS, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits, supplier audits, and corrective action monitoring.
• Operate and update electronic quality management and reporting systems.
• Maintain GLP and a clean, organized laboratory environment.
• Promote a strong food safety and quality culture and perform other duties as assigned.
