Job summary

PrimeGolf is seeking a Service Associate to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the facility while delivering friendly, professional customer service. The role supports daily operations, assists customers with inquiries, and reports issues to the Supervisor to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The position emphasizes strong attendance, grooming, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning housekeeping, customer guidance, and safety compliance to maintain a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, housekeeping, hospitality, retail, recreation, or similar work is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented and service minded.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned area and ensure readiness for customers.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide courteous service.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and guide them to the appropriate area or service.
• Ensure golf areas and facilities are clean, organized, and safe for use.
• Follow safety rules and promptly report hazards or incidents to the Supervisor.
• Support daily operations and assist other team members as needed.
