Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, interior and exterior.
• Actively monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity or breaches.
• Respond promptly to security incidents including disturbances, hazards, theft, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain logs of security observations, incidents and actions.
• Enforce security policies and procedures; collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
• Assist with lost and found items.
• Assess incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Provide assistance to guests and employees in emergencies.
• Monitor access points and manage keys and access cards.
• Support security training for hotel staff as needed.
