Qualifications

• Oversee security operations and protect guests, staff, assets and property.
• Lead and supervise security team including team leaders and guards.
• Participate in hiring and evaluation of security staff.
• Plan and schedule drills and training for hotel personnel.
• Prepare duty rosters to ensure coverage across all shifts.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and emergency codes; respond to incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises and back-of-house areas.
• Investigate and document security incidents and guest complaints.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Implement preventive measures against security threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise security team including team leaders and security guards.
• Participates In hiring and evaluation of security team members.
• Schedules emergency drills and safety and security training to all Hotel personnel.
• Prepares duty roster schedule to ensure proper coverage of areas and security presence in all shifts.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms and emergency codes and respond to any suspicious activities and Incidents.
• Responds promptly to Incidents pertaining to safety and security and prepares Incident reports.
• Conduct regular patrol of hotel premises, Including perimeter, guest floors, public areas, amenity areas and back of the house areas.
• Investigates and documents security and safety related Incidents, accidents, and guest complaints.
• Reports accidents, Injuries and other unsafe working conditions to the management.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize security threats, thefts, pilferage and property damage.
• Identify potential security risks within the hotel premises and recommends strategies and solutions.
