Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Coordinate housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to align operations.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and communicate changes to shift teams.
