Qualifications

• A graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
• Previous customer service/front-desk experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and local language(s)
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and genuine passion for customer service

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Assisting guests with luggage and local information
• Performing daily administrative tasks such as managing room availability, processing payments, maintaining records
• Maintaining organization and attention to detail
• Collaborating with hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experience
