Job summary

The Lighthouse Marina Resort is seeking a Resort Host / Front Office Associate to deliver warm, personalized guest service from arrival to departure with a focus on ensuring a memorable stay.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation and Engineering to promptly address guest needs while promoting resort facilities and special offers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 6 months of related experience.
• Preferably with NCI/NCII.
• Male / Female.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized, and efficient guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Engineering and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
• Promote resort facilities, activities, services, and special offers while maintaining accurate guest records and adhering to service standards.

Education

College Graduate preferably Hospitality Management / Tourism related
