Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledgeable both in Call Center operation and technical.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
