Job summary

Quilt Health is seeking a Product Owner to manage our mobile application, blending strategic roadmap work with day-to-day agile execution. Report to the Head of Product and shape the app's direction in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver shipped features with a focus on usability and impact for patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience, including mobility apps.
• Experience navigating high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Start-up experience and lean processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile app backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Head of Product to evolve roadmap and vision.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros with Engineering.
• Balance customer empathy with business goals to prioritize high-impact problems.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support releases and quality.
