Job summary

RCBC is seeking a senior Relationship/Corporate Banking professional to maximize the commercial effectiveness of the Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking Sectors. The role focuses on analyzing deal outcomes, refining sales strategies, and bundling RCBC products with external bank partners to build a comprehensive client ecosystem.

• Proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and "sticky" client ecosystem
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales "Sprints" designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.
