Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to maximize the commercial effectiveness of Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking sectors in the Philippines. You will lead post-deal reviews, collaborate with external bank partners, and design sales Sprints to boost CASA ADB and overall performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and 5–7 years of experience in transaction banking or relationship management, with strong office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics.
• Working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations.
• At least five to seven years of industry experience in the areas of transaction banking and accounts or relationship management.
• Proficiency in customary office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and sticky client ecosystem.
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales Sprints designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.
