Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales and marketing role or similar commercial position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing analytics software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold outreach and digital platforms.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data and campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
• Support the development of marketing materials including content, graphics, brochures and digital assets that effectively communicate value proposition.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
