HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Client Adviser for Employee Benefits to provide operational and administrative support to the Employee Benefits team, assist with onboarding, and serve as a liaison between clients, advisers, and insurance providers.

You will handle account servicing from proposal to renewals, manage inquiries, support sales meetings, and keep CRM records up to date, while ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1–3 years in insurance or admin client support
• Proficient in MS Office/CRM software; strong organization and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Support employee benefit accounts from proposal generation to policy renewals, claims, and enrollment processing.
• Manage daily client inquiries, track membership updates, and facilitate deliverables like ID cards, billings, and LOAs.
• Assist Team Leaders and Senior Advisers in sales meetings and presentations with current and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track utilization metrics, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
