Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive for an on-site role (Monday to Friday). You will identify sales opportunities, present financial solutions, and build lasting relationships with clients to support their long-term needs.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The position offers a monthly salary with incentives, HMO coverage for you and up to 2 dependents, life insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefits including leave credits, 14th-month pay,

Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Passionate about building relationships and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
