Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with CMS and back-office systems.
• Familiarity with campaign and content management tools.
• Good data awareness and ability to read basic dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Engineering, Product, Support, Risk, and Marketing.
• High accuracy and meticulousness in backend configuration and checks.

Responsibilities

• Configure campaign rules, rewards, eligibility and timing.
• Perform backend config for deposits, promotions, and incentive campaigns.
• Check rules, links, entries, and flow before and after launch.
• Maintain change logs, screenshots, and launch checklists.
• Update placements, banners, in-app messages, and content.
• Ensure correct frontend content positioning and targeting.
• Support activation/deactivation, maintenance, and categorization of games.
• Monitor registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, and support access.
• Prepare daily/weekly operation reports for the Platform Growth Operations Manager.
