Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at AutoScale Ventures.

In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives across our technology and data businesses, with a focus on identifying opportunities to reach potential customers, exploring new marketing and sales channels, and helping execute campaigns.

We're looking for someone with well-rounded marketing experience who enjoys researching new ideas, trying different approaches, and figuring out what works. You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing, but you should have a good understanding of how different marketing activities contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and explore potential marketing and sales channels to help reach new customers.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different platforms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably across multiple marketing activities or channels.
• General understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting or executing marketing initiatives, not limited to social media management.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explore new ideas independently.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive and positive attitude — someone who takes ownership and contributes ideas.

Nice to Have

• Experience with lead generation, email marketing, SEO, outreach, partnerships, or other digital marketing activities.
• Experience identifying or testing new marketing channels.
• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, or Canva.
• Previous experience working with startups, technology companies, or B2B businesses.
• Educational background in Marketing, or any Marketing Certifications or Trainings.
