Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and income statement preparation.
• Process invoices and manage payment schedules.
• Support payroll processing and deductions.
• Assist with tax return preparation and submissions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Assist audits by gathering documents and supporting materials.
• Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and clients about billing issues.
• Provide support to senior accountants.
