Job summary

Asiacruit seeks an SEO and SEM Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies for Asiacruit and its clients. You will improve organic search visibility, manage paid search campaigns, and support lead generation and business growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate search performance into measurable business results in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in SEO, SEM, search engine marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing organic search and paid search campaigns for websites, products, services, or lead generation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies aligned with business objectives and lead generation goals.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on digital marketing data.
