Job summary

Asiacruit seeks a data-driven SEO and SEM Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize search strategies for Asiacruit and clients. You will improve organic visibility, manage paid search campaigns, and drive qualified traffic to support lead generation and business growth.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing organic and paid search campaigns for websites, products, services, or lead generation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building, content optimization, and search intent.
• Strong knowledge of paid search campaign structure, keyword targeting, ad copywriting, bid management, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to create clear ad copy, reports, recommendations, and marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies aligned with business objectives, audiences, and lead generation goals.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage on-page SEO activities including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, image optimization, and content recommendations.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
• Develop and maintain SEO content strategies with content writers, designers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Build and manage search campaigns, ad groups, keyword lists, match types, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions, and budgets.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and profitability.
