Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience in SEO/SEM and digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience managing organic and paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies aligned with business objectives and lead generation goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage on-page SEO activities: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Monitor budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS; provide actionable insights from data.
