Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Marketing Ops Associate to build impactful campaigns and sharpen technical skills with automated marketing tools. You’ll support engagement and sales operations, focusing on email, push, and in-app campaigns within the Growth Marketing team.

You’ll run A/B tests, report on impact, enforce messaging best practices, and collaborate with Creative to align voice across channels. This role offers a virtual-first setup with PTO, stipends, and coaching benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops.
• Experience with ESPs or marketing automation tools (Iterable or Pardot a plus).
• Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify growth levers to scale.
• Report on engagement program impact and iterate improvements.
• Enforce marketing messaging best practices across channels.
• Collaborate with Creative to ensure alignment on vision and voice across touchpoints.
• Continuously optimize marketing operations for efficient deployment.
