Key Responsibilities

Newsletter Operations & Growth

• Support the growth and optimization of newsletter subscribers
• Build and manage audience segmentation workflows
• Develop systems to improve subscriber engagement and retention
• Implement marketing automation and nurture campaigns

Podcast Content Repurposing

• Transform podcast content into lead-generation and marketing assets
• Create content strategies that drive newsletter growth and audience engagement
• Identify opportunities to maximize the value of existing content

Website & Digital Growth

• Manage and optimize website content and user experience
• Support affiliate page management and optimization
