Job summary

Workana, the leading remote work platform, seeks a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and content-driven pipeline for Workana Premium across US and LATAM. You will own growth initiatives, test channels, and craft storytelling that turns content into qualified sales conversations.

You will partner with leadership to optimize the commercial funnel, report on performance, and push a repeatable growth engine in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record generating qualified leads, not just managing plans.
• Strong experience with lead generation, content distribution, and storytelling.
• Ability to explain channels, tests, and how marketing drove sales pipeline.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for quick, clear content.
• Comfortable in a startup environment where the playbook is being built.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualified demand generation initiatives across US and LATAM markets.
• Identify target audiences, where they spend time, and test acquisition channels.
• Own lead generation goals with a focus on quality, conversion, and pipeline impact.
• Create and distribute strong content across LinkedIn, email, partnerships, communities, events, and customer stories.
• Turn market trends and customer stories into clear, compelling content.
• Support sales with outbound campaigns, messaging, prospect research, email sequences, and reactivation initiatives.
• Maximize the value of events and activations through targeting and follow-up.
• Analyze lead sources, channel performance, funnel conversions, and drop-offs to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with the C-level team to test ideas, refine positioning, and build growth engine.
