Job summary

Watsons Philippines is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive incremental business growth through the development and commercialization of media opportunities across its online and offline ecosystem.

The role requires 5+ years in media, advertising, or commercial roles and a strong bias toward retail and e-commerce media strategies. You will engage with partners, analyze performance, and continually improve Watsons' media offerings to boost visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in media, advertising, business development, or commercial roles.
Preference for experience in retail media, e-commerce media, OOH/DOOH, digital media, media publishing or advertising/media solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify new revenue and business development opportunities across retail media, e-commerce, digital, OOH/DOOH, and other media channels.
Develop media solutions with advertiser and brand needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Commercial, and other teams for campaign execution.
Monitor campaign and media performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Conduct market and competitive scans to identify emerging media formats, platforms, pricing models, and growth opportunities.
Recommend improvements to media products, processes, and commercial propositions based on feedback and performance insights.
