Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive marketing experience with strategy development and ecosystem management.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, campaign architecture, and SEO/GEO frameworks.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with high autonomy and integrity.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing metrics and web performance auditing.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Representation: act as primary marketing lead in management and cross-departmental meetings.
• Operational Enablement: translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans for partner departments.
• Growth Expansion Initiatives: formulate and execute non-traditional growth frameworks for New Client acquisition.
• Content Strategy: author and execute monthly content strategies to advance brand and business goals.
• Campaign & Content Architecture: direct campaigns and messaging across social, email, and digital touchpoints.
• Market & Trend Intelligence: analyze industry trends to refine content positioning and effectiveness.
• Strategic Partnerships & B2B Growth: identify and establish high-value partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Briefing & Brand Integrity: develop briefs ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• SEO & GEO Optimization: lead SEO and GEO strategies to maximize visibility and organic capture.
• Performance Audits & Governance: audit digital assets and present findings to senior management.
