Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience in team leadership or people management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media, digital marketing, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across e-commerce, social media, digital advertising, and promotional channels.
• Oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms, and the company website.
• Lead and manage the E-Commerce, Multimedia, and Social Media teams, ensuring effective and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan and oversee product campaigns, platform promotions, content initiatives, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor sales, engagement, conversion, and other marketing KPIs to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign spending and ROI.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to align marketing activities with sales targets, product availability, and business requirements.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential marketing opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
