Job summary

You will monitor store performance, coordinate with warehouses and marketing, and support online campaigns to boost sales and customer experience. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1 year of e-commerce experience are required, onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, online selling, or related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across assigned e-commerce platforms.
• Update product details, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional information.
• Monitor daily store activities and account performance.
• Assist in executing online campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
• Track sales performance, store metrics, and other relevant e-commerce data.
• Prepare and maintain reports on store activities and performance.
• Monitor assigned KPIs and performance targets.
• Identify and resolve product listing errors, account concerns, and platform-related issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to address operational concerns.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving online store performance, sales, and customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
