Job summary

Monee in the Philippines is seeking a marketing professional to lead in-app campaigns and drive growth in our Credit offerings. The role involves coordinating with product, creative, and sourcing teams to deliver impactful campaigns across the Shopee ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of scaling cross-functional programs. Fintech/credit knowledge and strong ownership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Good teamwork and ability to work within a matrixed org structure.
• Thorough and detail-oriented with strong ownership.
• At least 1 year in fintech/credit products is a plus.
• Track record in segment management and understanding digital payments/credit products would be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of in-app campaigns through campaign wireframes, project follow-through, and coordination across Monee departments.
• Develop strategies to grow within the Credit market and understand the landscape.
• Think beyond current propositions and build new competitive value propositions.
• Strategize and implement platform campaigns; manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze campaign and operational data to improve acquisition, conversion, and product strategies.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and sourcing teams to maximize quality and impact.
• Report on campaign progress and adjust plans to ensure success.
• Be a customer champion and adopt agile ways of working.
